I’m as eccentric as I can afford to be, and I admire people who steadfastly act against convention. We’re watching the movie Factory Girl. It’s about a girl who knew Andy Warhol, and therefore, it’s indirectly about Andy Warhol.

My other favorite movie about someone connected to Andy is Basquiat. Jean-Michel Basquiat, a.k.a. SAMO, was a graffiti artist who crossed over into fame, fortune and ultimate demise in the world of fine art.
