Just Ordered Big Trip T-Shirt Samples

This may be the official men’s t-shirt for the Big Trip:

Big Trip T-Shirt Sample

It’s a 100% Ringspun Cotton Preshrunk American Apparel Fine Jersey T-Shirt. The logo is distressed. The samples should arrive in a week. What do you guys think?

Looking good Neal. I would have to say I would prefer it slightly with a smaller logo on front over the heart, then a bigger logo taking up the back. But what do I know?!

IMHO the logo could be slightly larger. Other than that it looks good against the grey.

I agree with the above, make the logo either bigger and leave it where it is, or smaller and move it to over the heart.

I’d even take it a step further. Take the logo silver-dollar sized over the heart, and then HUGE and tilted right 15% on the back, with a tag line, say “RV Blogging 48 states in 12 months,” or somesuch. ‘Course, I could be wrong.

Dangit, fergot to change to mah white socks with these plaid shorts…

  5. Hey Neal -

I’d wear the shirt in a moment, it truly looks good.

Although, I would prefer the logo to be BIGGER on the front.

    Just my 2 cents…

It looks good, just one thing…I agree with Jonathan that it would be nice to have another logo or some writing on the back of the shirt. I really liked the GeekBrief.tv logo on wheels! Or the little SouthPark versions of you and Cali are cute. It might be cool to have little squares/text with the sponsors (but probably not practical since you’ll get many more and there won’t be enough room on the shirt)

p.s. Oh and of course you know that you’re going to have to get ladies baby t’s too!

  8. Lindsay - The ladies baby tees will probably be similar and most likely a different color.

We ordered the samples from BlueCotton.com to make sure they are good quality. I hate uncomfortable T-shirts.

Looks good, anything on the back? Maybe a tag line of sorts?

  11. I agree with everyone saying the logo should be bigger. It is, after all, the BIG Trip! I think it could be 75 - 100% larger. But the basic concept is incredibly cool-looking and I can’t wait to get one (or more).

  12. I love the grey shirt. I would agree with Jonathon. I think a small logo on the front over the heart and a big one on the back. Also, I think maybe the tagline on the back should be “supporter”. You should be able to get the shirts for around $6-$7 dollars (anymore and you are getting ripped off, I have shirts made all the time.) You could charge $20-$25 for them. Just another way we could help support you guys. Great idea though, I love t-shirts.

Not bad, not bad. I’ll buy one to help support the Big Trip. Just let us know where and how to do so.

The video and audio quality of GeekBrief.TV is exquisite and it’s a delight to watch and listen on my 24-inch iMac Dual Core 2

    ^-^~
