Microsoft seems to deal in terms of capability while Apple does usability. Microsoft’s Chief Research and Strategy Officer, Craig Mundie, suggests Microsoft was a year ahead of Apple in voice functionality. In reality, Apple is years ahead of Microsoft and the sales guys at Microsoft don’t get it.
Oh, how I long for Microsoft to be run by a tech guy again!
